In-Stock Return Policy
Any unopened item that is sold as ‘in-stock’ from our distributor can be returned within 14 calendar days for full refund.
Open box items sold as ‘in-stock’ from our distributor will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Special Order Return Policy
Any item that is considered special order from our distributors cannot be returned without authorization.
Defective Items
Any item that does not perform according to original factory specifications, not due to user error or abuse, can be returned for a full refund.
